I also have purchased Copernic Agent Professional and now I am left alone by this Canadian company with no updates or technical support. The most upsetting matter is that this company managed somehow to block all the search engines used by this program so at this date May 18, 2014 this program is useless. Mine was working fine and all of a sudden, I get no results when I run this program. The same situation with the free version this company posted in their website. Why come up with a free program that does nothing but wasting your time installing it. This is a joke.
I recent Purchased Copernic Agent Pro recently I found notes regarding Win7 compatibility issues. Further investigation on my part revealed a complete lack of updates or support for this and most of their other products. Having used their products in the past to excellent effect, I can no longer advise further purchases from this company who completely abandons their users and continues to sell well outdated product without providing updates or support. Stay away....
